Haptic touch for virtual worlds
The Challenge
Why this was hard
Virtual environments are almost entirely visual, so blind and visually impaired people are largely shut out of them. The goal was to let these users feel virtual objects instead of seeing them. That called for a haptic system that responds instantly and accurately to every touch.
Our Solution
How we solved it
We built a responsive haptic touch system that turns virtual objects into touch-based feedback. When users move through a virtual scene, the device lets them feel the shape and presence of the objects around them. Touch becomes a new way into 3D content.
RESPONSIVE HAPTIC FEEDBACK makes virtual objects something you can feel, not just see

Result & Impact
What came out of it
Blind users can now explore virtual environments by touch. The project shows how haptic technology can make digital experiences more accessible and inclusive.
